What is a credit?
A credit is the currency used to generate whiteboard explainer videos. 1 credit covers the complete generation of a scene, which includes web research, slide scripting, custom illustrations, and voice narration.
How does platform access work?
Plus ($12.99/mo) and Pro ($24.99/mo) give you access exclusively to ImagiExplain. Visionary ($49.99/mo), Max ($99.99/mo), and Enterprise ($499.00/mo) grant full access to the entire Imagi Platform, including ImagiExplain, ImagiBooks, ImagiPodcast, and future platform additions. Enterprise also includes developer API access.
Can I use my credits on other Imagi apps?
Yes, if you are subscribed to a Visionary, Max, or Enterprise plan. Platform credits can be used in imagibooks.com and imagipodcast.com, as well as other features and apps as they appear on the platform. Plus and Pro plan credits are only usable within ImagiExplain.
Do unused credits roll over?
On the Pro plan, you can roll over up to 30,000 unused ImagiExplain credits to the next month. On the Visionary plan, you can roll over up to 100,000 platform credits. On the Max and Enterprise plans, you can roll over up to 250,000 platform credits. Plus plan credits reset at the end of each billing cycle.
What are the levels of Web & Health Research?
We support three tiered research depths: • Level 1 (Standard): Single-pass queries for high-level summaries (Plus plan). • Level 2 (Deep): Multi-angle sequential searches to verify and cross-reference documentation and news sources (Pro plan). • Level 3 (Clinical): Specialized searches across scientific registries (like PubMed) integrated with custom health connectors and telemetry (Visionary, Max, and Enterprise plans).
Do purchased credit packs expire?
No! Unused credits from one-off packs never expire and are only consumed after your monthly subscription credits are fully exhausted.
